All appointments are made through Gmail — if you want an appointment, please open up your Gmail account and in a different tab go to:

Please include contact information such as a cell phone so I can contact you in case there are any last-minute problems with my getting to the appointment.

Also, if you need to cancel an appointment, go to your own calendar and cancel the appointment there. This will automatically free it and it will reappear in the appointment calendar. If everyone cooperates, the system will work smoothly and you will be able to make and cancel appointments in a convenient manner.


Google Docs has a feature where it puts the user in a time zone. If the time zone for your account is not set to the Eastern Time Zone the appointment slots  will show up at different times. Please check the settings of your account to make sure that they are set for the Eastern Time Zone. For details on how to do this click here.
